History

1924	Kyoto Kenma Toishi Seizo established.
1931	Company name changed to Toho Toishi.
1945	After the war, company name changed to TOHO YOGYO CO., Ltd. and expanded the business.
1964	Developed nonwoven material-based products such as TSB, 66D rolls and scrubbers.
1972	Established Toho Kongo Corp. as a sales company.
1973	Kyoto plant relocated to Oji plant in Nara (grinding wheel manufacture) and Echigawa plant in Shiga (nonwoven material based products manufacture).
1986	Transferred the grinding wheel operations to Toho Kongo Corp. Toho Yogyo decided to focus on nonwoven material based products.
2018	Acquired ISO9001:2015 certification.
2019	Completion of the second new factory
